Before representing policyholders, I worked as a large-loss property adjuster for Nationwide Insurance. That experience gave me firsthand insight into how insurance companies investigate, document and evaluate significant property claims.
I also saw how difficult the claims process can be for homeowners and business owners dealing with major damage. Understanding policy provisions, documenting the full scope of a loss and responding to an insurer’s requests can become overwhelming, especially while trying to rebuild or keep a business operating.
